The Expression Community College is a secondary/high school which caters for
1200 students aged between 11 and 16, and employs 160 staff. They have a number
of resources which are booked out on a per-lesson basis. Each member of staff is
allocated a unique 3 letter teaching code which is used to book resources. The
school has 6 periods, with an assembly before the main lessons start, breaktime,
and lunchtime.
The computer administrator oversees the booking system and administrates all
resources, users and bookings made. A moderator account has been set up so that
the Science department's technician can oversee the bookings made to the Science
department's computer room. A staff user is able to log in and book resources.
